About Us
Tia Formazione APS has been founded on 2011. It’s a no profit organization registered in Italy with an operative site in Brussels.
Tia Formazione APS promotes since foundation EU policies whose target are youth and Adults especially in the field of education.
Tia Formazione APS cooperates with European organizations and it is a member of transnational networks. The main activities of TIA Formazione APS are directed towards youth and adults involving them in many projects. From 2021 the activities is also addressed to Over 50 years old looking up at their new challenges in these turbulent times.
Tia Formazione APS is a member of Pact for Skills.
It develops targeted training projects in European planning themes or aimed at acquiring skills to be spent in the labour market, strengthening soft skills or through job market orientation projects.
The main focus projects are addressed to develop a new leadership approach based on authenticity, projects on migration aimed to valorize the added value of migration and social inclusion, promotes media literacy and all activities whose objectives is create a bridge with job market also in the sector of entrepreneurship.
Tia is partner of several European networks and it is also active in Mediterranean area.
Sometimes, when possible, with its staff of consultants TIA provides support in writing European and regional projects, especially the ones published in Regions such as Puglia, Lazio and Sardinia
The core activities, our target, of TIA Formazione APS are designed and addressed to two main targets: young people and adults. At a strategic level, they are defined for a period of three years, aiming at an implementation that is reviewed at the end of each significant project action, which is carried out in one of these main sectors. For each of the two targets, TIA Formazione APS is committed to participating in European projects, according to the calls promoted by the Erasmus plus programme (both by the National Agencies and by EACEA) and by the Europe of Citizens program.
TIA Formazione actively promotes Diversity Management as a strategic approach to inclusion, equality and innovation in education, culture and society.
Through its European projects and training initiatives, TIA Formazione supports organizations, institutions and communities in recognizing, valuing and integrating human differences — including gender, age, cultural background, disability, religion, and socio-economic conditions — as key drivers of social and organisational growth.

Through a combination of agile methodologies and participatory approaches, we create inclusive environments where young people, professionals, researchers, and policymakers work together on an equal footing. Each hackathon is carefully crafted to reflect the specific needs of the context and to generate tangible results: prototypes, policy recommendations, project concepts, and sustainable cooperation networks.

TIA Formazione is an Erasmus+ accredited organisation in the field of Adult Education, a European recognition that confirms the quality of its educational vision, its international cooperation capacity, and its commitment to innovation in lifelong learning processes.
The Erasmus+ accreditation represents a long-term strategic framework through which TIA Formazione promotes learning mobilities, European partnerships, and capacity-building pathways addressed to adult learners, educators, trainers, and professionals from diverse social and cultural backgrounds.
Through an approach grounded in inclusion, digital transformation, methodological innovation, and active European citizenship, TIA Formazione contributes to the development of open, sustainable, and future-oriented learning ecosystems.
