Gender Equality
Gender equality is a fundamental condition for a fair and inclusive society. For TIA Formazione APS, it is also a practical commitment: understanding the barriers people face, creating opportunities to participate and ensuring that different experiences are represented in education, work and public life.
We develop European projects and learning activities that address gender stereotypes, unequal access to opportunities and the ways in which discrimination can intersect with age, migration, ethnicity or other aspects of a person’s identity. Our approach brings together education, research and cooperation among organisations working in different countries and sectors.
We are particularly interested in women’s leadership and participation, as well as the impact of digital transformation and artificial intelligence on equality. Through projects such as AEQUITAS, TIA contributes to work on gender and racial bias in AI used in healthcare, supporting awareness, training and the protection of fundamental rights.
We believe that progress requires more than recognising inequality. It requires people and institutions to examine their practices, listen to those affected and turn knowledge into action. This is the purpose of our work with learners, professionals, civil society organisations and European partners.
