Leadership
TIA Formazione APS has been studying the issue of leadership in relation to personal growth for years, promoting coaching, mentoring and spiritual leadership courses.
TIA Formazione APS has collaborated with various organisations over the years: from the Oxford Leadership Academy to Coaching Emotion, from Talent and creativity to various realities promoted by spiritual organizations or independent professionals in the personal growth sector. TIA promoted courses of female leadership and leadership for young people in Europe in collaboration with Italian and European institutions.
We believe that investing in Education also means investing in personal growth, providing tools that allow us to untangle ourselves in the labyrinth of life to be able to face, with values and motivation, the challenges and opportunities that life presents to us on a personal level. That professional.
Leadership and authenticity, the perfect connection. We collaborate with European partners and offer training seminars at European level in Italian and English.
