TOUR SKILLS PROJECT – BENEDETTA

Benedetta took part in the Erasmus Plus project TOUR SKILLS during the second mobility (Madrid 2019).

This time in Madrid was incredible! Three weeks that marked my personal and professional life. Thanks to this project I had the opportunity to learn a new language and I had the opportunity to meet people from different cultures. From a personal point of view, I was also able to put myself to the test… travelling in a metropolis like Madrid is certainly not like moving to Bosa! Travelling, meeting and talking to people with a different language and culture from my own has allowed me to enrich my cultural background and open my mind. In fact, before leaving, some fears and prejudices made me live the departure with a certain anxiety that disappeared after a few days, thanks to the knowledge and attendance of the people who welcomed me in their home and workplace. From a professional point of view, I was able to put into practice what I studied at school, so I had to take action and put my skills and knowledge into play, always with the invaluable support of the tutors who followed and guided us. The working company that I was assigned, a travel agency, has been a great help for my training and I think that one day, this experience will come in useful from the point of view of work. I think that this project is very useful, an opportunity for growth and maturity that I will recommend to everyone!
