TOUR SKILLS PROJECT – DENNIS

Dennis took part in the Erasmus Plus project TOUR SKILLS during the second mobility (Madrid 2019).

We are now at the end of this mobility spent in Marid. The lady I had the pleasure of staying with was very friendly and helpful to me. The house I stayed in these three weeks was very comfortable, spacious and always very clean and tidy. as for work, I worked in a company where you can rent electric scooters, bicycles and Segway. The task I did mainly inside the shop was to help out. I find Madrid to be a wonderful city, offering the opportunity to get to know the Spanish culture to the full, not only by going to see the most important sculptures or visiting museums, but also by being around the streets of the city, observing the lifestyle and behavior of the people around us and especially by communicating with people. The thing that left me most surprised in fact was the behavior of the Spaniards, who was always very helpful and open-minded. The city is also very clean, well-kept and very functional, both in terms of accommodation and public transport that allow you to move around the Spanish capital quickly and without difficulty. Overall, I feel very lucky to have been part of this project and to have had the opportunity to live this wonderful experience. An experience that I would do over and over again and that I recommend to do anyone who has the opportunity.
